Stay Hydrated During the Holidays

Food fun and cocktails can dehydrate you, not to mention the calories.  Here is how you can stay hydrated and  keep calories at bay during the festive season. To make it fun and tasty fill a pitcher with filtered water, add sliced lemons and fill your cocktail glass with this wonderful beverage which will keep you going all day and night!
