I love apple cobbler and the next best thing to apple cobbler is peach cobbler!

So easy to make and so enjoyable to eat!

Enjoy with a cup of coffee or topped with ice cream!

What you will need:

3-4 cups of diced fresh peaches (peeled)

1/2 cup of butter or margarine softened

3/4 Cup of Sugar

1  cup flour

1/2 cup water

Butter a glass baking dish

Add cut peaches to baking dish

add the water

sprinkle with cinnamon

In separate bowl mix the sugar, flour and butter until it crumbles

Sprinkle on top of the peaches

Bake at 425 for 30 to 35 minutes

Remove from the oven and cool.

Top with Ice-Cream if you like!

Oh my goodness, there are three things to love about this post: your adorable kitty, that wonderful Lucy tea towel and of course the cobbler. Yum! Now I’m really craving that dish.
